How does pricing work?
Start with a free 14-day trial — 3 users, the core apps, no card needed. Paid plans are a flat monthly price per workspace: Growth $39/mo (10 users, core apps), Business $89/mo (30 users, all 24 apps) and Complete $179/mo (100 users, plus manufacturing, AI and audit logs). Large organisations talk to us about Enterprise. Upgrade or cancel anytime.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Every new account gets a 15-day free trial with all features unlocked — no credit card required. If you don't activate billing by day 15, your account is paused (your data stays safe for 90 days while you decide).
What if I only need a few of the apps?
You still get all of them — but you only enable what you need. Turn off the apps you don't use; they won't appear in your interface. There's no discount for using fewer apps because the platform is the value, not any single module.
Is my data secure?
All traffic is encrypted in transit, and you can export your full dataset at any time — no lock-in. Independent security certification (SOC 2) and at-rest encryption guarantees are on our roadmap as we approach general availability; we'll publish details before asking anyone to trust us with production data.
Can I import data from my existing tools?
CSV import for every module is planned for launch, so you can bring data from any tool that exports a spreadsheet. Native one-click importers for popular platforms (QuickBooks, HubSpot, Xero, and others) are on the roadmap after that.
How does support work?
Email support is included on every plan with a 24-hour first-response SLA. Annual plans add live chat during business hours. Enterprise plans get a dedicated account manager and 1-hour SLA on critical issues.
