No. You pay one price for the workspace, so adding teammates doesn't change the bill. That's deliberate — per-seat pricing punishes you for bringing more of your team into the system.

Two ways. You can open the live demo with one click — a full sample workspace, no sign-up and no card. Or create your own account: every new account gets a 15-day free trial with all features unlocked, no credit card required.

You still get all the ones your plan includes, but you only enable what you need — the rest stay out of your interface. There's no discount for using fewer apps, because the value is the apps sharing one dataset rather than any single module.

Your account is paused rather than deleted, and your data stays available for 90 days while you decide. You can export everything to CSV at any point.

Yes. Several modules — including Inventory, Employees and CRM customers — have an import screen that accepts CSV, XLSX and PDF. It auto-matches columns to fields, you correct the mapping, preview, and import every row at once. We're extending import to the remaining modules.

Any time. Every module exports its records to CSV. There's no lock-in and no exit fee.

Yes. Every list has a delete button on each row plus multi-select — tick the rows (or select all) and delete them together after one confirmation.

Completely. Isolation is enforced on the server from your verified session, so a request can never read or write another workspace's data regardless of what the browser sends.

Stripe and Shopify. Connect Stripe with your secret key to import customers and invoices; connect Shopify with your store domain and an Admin API token to import customers, products and orders. Re-syncing updates the same records rather than creating duplicates.

The marketplace lists 100+ connectors and stores your configuration, connection state and activity log — but only the ones named above pull live data today. We'd rather be straight about that than have you discover it later. More real syncs are being added.

Rules follow the shape "when a record is created or updated and these conditions match, do this". Actions send a notification or create a follow-up activity. Rules run live as your data changes, and each has a Test button that fires it end-to-end so you can confirm it works before relying on it.

Traffic is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, sessions are signed and httpOnly, and workspace isolation is enforced server-side. Independent security certification (SOC 2) and published at-rest encryption guarantees are still on the roadmap — we'll publish the details rather than imply we already have them.

You invite teammates with a role — owner, admin, manager or member — and the role scopes what they can see and change.

Email support is included on every plan with a 24-hour first-response target. Annual plans add live chat during business hours, and Enterprise adds a dedicated account manager with a 1-hour target on critical issues.
