These terms cover using ERP MANAGEMENT. By creating an account or using the service, you're agreeing to them.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
You must provide accurate account information and be authorised to act for the company you register.
Use the service lawfully. In particular, don't:
Paid plans are billed at a flat monthly price per workspace, in advance. Prices are shown on the pricing page and you'll be told before any change affects you.
You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current period. If a paid account lapses, we pause the workspace rather than deleting it, and keep the data available for 90 days.
Free plans and trials are provided as-is and may have feature or usage limits.
You own the data you put into the service. We claim no ownership over your business records, and we don't use them for anything beyond operating the product for you.
You keep the right to export your data at any time, in a standard format, without asking us.
When you connect a third-party service you authorise us to call that provider's API using the credentials you supply. Those providers have their own terms, and we're not responsible for their availability, accuracy or actions.
We work to keep the service available and correct, but it's provided without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
The service is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal or HR advice. Figures it produces are only as good as the data you put in.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or puts the platform or other customers at risk. Where it's reasonable to do so, we'll warn you first and give you the chance to export your data.
We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
