CRM

Leads, contacts, deals, and your sales pipeline.

CRM is where a relationship starts and where it becomes revenue. It holds leads, contacts, customers, deals, activities and tasks — and it feeds Sales directly, so a customer you capture here is the same customer you quote, invoice and ship to. Nothing is re-typed between the two.

Leads

A lead is inbound interest you have not qualified yet. Capture name, company, contact person, email, phone, WhatsApp number, country, city, industry, owner, source, status and free-text notes.

  • Status moves through new, contacted, qualified, converted and lost.
  • Source records where it came from — referral, website, campaign, event — so you can see which channels actually produce revenue.
  • Owner assigns the lead to a person on your team.
  • Convert turns a qualified lead into an opportunity in the pipeline, carrying its details across.

Contacts, customers and deals

  • Contacts — the individual people you deal with, each tied to a company.
  • Customers — the companies themselves. These are the records Sales and Invoicing use.
  • Deals — an opportunity with a value, stage and expected close date, shown on a drag-through pipeline.
  • Activities & tasks — calls, meetings and follow-ups logged against a record, so the history stays with the customer rather than in someone's inbox.

Getting data in and out

Every list has Import and Export. Import matches your spreadsheet's columns to fields by name and skips rows that already exist — re-uploading a corrected file adds only what is new instead of duplicating your customer list.

A customer created here appears immediately in the Sales quotation form and in Invoicing. There is no sync step and no export/import between modules.
